Refund & Cancellation Policies

Like most Internet Marketing Companies, We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., has certain limitations regarding issuing refunds for the services that we render. This includes website designs, Internet marketing services, photography, social media, graphics work, print work, logo work, and content writing. All contract (i.e. video production, web development, etc.) cancellation policies are outlined in each agreement specifically. Refunds are not issued under contract based services as long as We Make Brands Pop/ Draxee Holdings, Inc., can reasonably show the work that was contracted for as outlined in the contract agreement. Please see your individual contract based agreement with We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., for specific guidance and clarification of the cancellation process.
 
We take a careful approach to helping you get the best Internet exposure possible. We strive to use the best practices possible, using only “white label” (SEO) techniques to help you grow your rankings and traffic. And if given a long-term opportunity, our goal is for you to see higher rankings and traffic from all our efforts.
We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., does not have control over the policies, and practices, of third party companies/websites such as, but not limited to Google, Google Analytics, Google My Business, or similar sites/directories. We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., does not have control over third party social media companies and practices such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar businesses.
Client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. Client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, by We Make Brands Pop/ Draxee Holdings, Inc., on the client’s behalf. Monthly Marketing Plans Cancellation Policy
We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., (including all/any of its industry brands) is a subscription based marketing company. Our clients pay a monthly subscription fee for digital marketing services that we provide.

We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., clients who have an ongoing monthly or month-to-month marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 30 days prior written notice. We Make Brands Pop/Draxee Holdings, Inc., does not refund partial month payments. Cancellation only applies after the 30-day cancellation waiting period is over. Clients will be charged for any work done during the 30-day cancellation period. Cancellations for subscription renewals must be made in writing via email to hello@wemakebrandspop.com.

Note: Clients who receive a new website design, as part of an ongoing monthly marketing plan, are not eligible to cancel their plan in the first 180 days. If the client cancels before the 180 day requirement, the total of all unpaid pending monthly charges will be owed.

Satisfaction Guarantee: No refunds will be provided to clients who fail to schedule their first strategy call within 7-14 business days. Per the We Make Brands Pop Refund Policy: Refunds can be made only within 14 days of purchase and only after the client has spoken with a Marketer for their onboarding consultation/strategy call. If the call is not made until after the first 14 days, and client requests refund, no refund will be provided. Refunds must be made in writing and sent via hello@wemakebrandspop.com. Clients can cancel future payments by submitting the request via email.
